1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using TRIAD Prayer (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may sign out or delete your account at any time in Settings.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewals

The App offers optional paid subscriptions (e.g., Support, Missions, and Partner tiers, with monthly and annual options).

Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.

Managing/canceling: Manage or cancel anytime in your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play). Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Restore Purchases: Returning subscribers can restore access via the App.

Pricing: Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region and change over time. Live store prices take precedence.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly.

5. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the App.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt, or compromise the App's security.

Use the App for unlawful purposes or to upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

Misuse community/"wall" features to harass others or post harmful content.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the reflections, journal entries, declarations, and posts you create. By submitting content to shared/community features, you grant us a limited license to store and display it as needed to operate those features. You are responsible for the content you create and share.

7. Spiritual & Wellness Disclaimer

TRIAD Prayer provides devotional, prayer, and reflection content for spiritual and personal-growth purposes. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you are in crisis or need professional help, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, its content, design, branding, and features (excluding your own user content) are owned by I Am Made Whole and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our trademarks without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services (Apple, Google, RevenueCat, Supabase, Google Cloud Text-to-Speech). Your use of those services may also be governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or always available.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Am Made Whole shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date accordingly.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
